We are seeking dedicated Assembly Operators for an EV Charger Manufacturing company based in Devanahalli. The role involves assembling EV charger components, requiring both mechanical and electrical assembly skills in line with provided work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble various EV charger parts including wiring harnesses, connectors, PCBs, switches, and cables.
• Use appropriate hand tools and assembly equipment to build charging units.
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure standards are met.
• Detect and report any defective or damaged components to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area at all times.
• Meet daily production targets efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications ranging from ITI, Diploma, BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or any relevant degree.
• Preferred trades include Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Wireman, or any related technical fields.
• Open to both fresher and experienced applicants.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical/electronic parts and production assembly processes.
• Competence in handling basic hand tools and wiring connections.
• Strong work discipline and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
