Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain Elastic Search functionalities to enhance search precision and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to incorporate Enterprise Search features.
• Interpret search data to identify areas for enhancement and maintain superior results quality.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable search solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Elastic Search technology.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Proven track record in deploying Enterprise Search solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively within team settings.
• Strong analytical mindset leveraging data for strategic enhancements.
• Experience in creating scalable search infrastructure.
• Awareness of retail sector trends along with advances in search technologies.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Springboot, and Hibernate.
