Role Overview
Located on a significant data centre project in Dublin 15, this position is essential to maintaining smooth operations on a dynamic construction site. The role primarily involves managing and controlling all project-related documentation consistent with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and monitor documents to ensure all stakeholders receive and can access the most current versions of project materials, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports.
- Maintain and update important project registers such as document registers, RFI registers, action logs, and issue logs.
- Evaluate and summarize data from multiple project logs, emphasizing outstanding tasks or overdue items.
- Produce regular reports to aid in project tracking, including document status and overdue item reports.
- Guarantee accurate storage and version control of documentation, adhering strictly to project document management procedures.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to confirm their documents meet project standards.
- Assist Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) efforts by supporting audits and ensuring compliance related to documentation.
- Ensure all project documents comply with company regulations and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years of experience in a comparable site-based position.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with knowledge sharing platforms is a plus.
