About the Role

At Goodstart Bayswater North, we are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team. This full-time position entails 38 hours per week, offering a pay rate between $35.44 and $39.91 per hour plus superannuation. Centre Overview

• The centre accommodates up to 75 children
• Operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Led by a Centre Director with 30 years of experience, including 3 years with Goodstart
• A stable and experienced team with rotating roster schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and deliver outstanding educational programs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning experiences and outcomes for children

Essential Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA approved equivalent
• Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
• Current Working with Children Check for New South Wales (NSW)
• Completion of the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
