Job Overview

We are looking for an Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students through course selection, university options, fees, eligibility criteria, and the admission process. This role involves direct communication with students, managing leads, and ensuring their successful admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed guidance to students regarding courses, universities, fees, eligibility, and admission steps.
• Make outbound calls to assigned leads to generate student admission inquiries.
• Assess students' needs and recommend appropriate courses and universities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Support students through the application and documentation phases.
• Regularly update and track lead status for effective management.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and admission targets.
