Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students by counselling them on relevant academic courses, university details, fees, eligibility, and admission processes.
• Proactively contact assigned leads via outbound calls to generate inquiries about admissions.
• Identify students' needs and suggest appropriate educational programs and universities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential students to convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Support applicants in completing their application forms and managing necessary documentation.
• Keep accurate records of lead interactions and status updates of admission processes.
• Attain monthly goals related to sales and new student admissions.
