Key Duties

• Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Analyze each student's profile, budget constraints, and country preferences to tailor advice effectively.
• Offer detailed guidance on available study abroad options.
• Manage scheduling of counseling sessions and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
• Maintain comprehensive records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating lead statuses accurately.
• Collaborate closely with fellow counselors and internal teams to streamline communication and enhance service quality.

Skills and Requirements

• Effective communication abilities, particularly in English.
• Experience in telecalling and counseling techniques.
• Proficient client interaction and lead conversion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and database management.
• Strong follow-up discipline and maintaining student engagement.
