Job description

About the Company

Educate Staffing is a recruitment firm based in London specializing in providing both teaching and non-teaching personnel to schools and multi-academy trusts across London and beyond. Recognized as an approved supplier in national procurement frameworks including Crown Commercial Service (RM6376) and GCA (STeER), the agency prioritizes safeguarding and compliance at all times. With a decade of experience and a strong reputation reflected by a 4.8-star average on Google reviews, Educate Staffing delivers dedicated client service.

The agency operates uniquely by pairing a dedicated Education Partnership Executive who manages school client relationships with an Education Success Partner who manages candidates. This ensures accountability and focus on filling every vacancy with the best fit.

Role Overview

The Education Success Partner (ESP) is responsible for proactively maintaining a prepared pool of qualified, compliant, and available educators in anticipation of school demands, ensuring no vacancy goes unfilled due to lack of candidates. The ESP works closely with the Education Partnership Executive receiving fully qualified vacancies to fill promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a pool of vetted, compliant educators ready before demand arises.
  • Ensure all educators are properly verified, accurately profiled, and matched to suitable schools beyond simply filling vacancies.
  • Act as the principal contact for educators to foster long-term relationships and retention.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to guarantee all candidates meet compliance standards before starting placements.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date candidate data records for efficient matching and retrieval.
  • Oversee accurate submission of educator timesheets by Fridays, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Securely fill every qualified vacancy received with the appropriate candidate swiftly.

Experience and Required Skills

  • Background in education combined with customer service experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities, reliability, and commitment to follow-through.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proactive approach to challenges, escalating obstacles promptly to ensure vacancies do not remain unfilled.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work closely in partnership with colleagues.
  • Thrives in a culture that values high performance and achievement.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is dependent on experience and includes a base pay plus a 2% commission on gross profit from the client portfolio, paid quarterly. The portfolio begins at £8,000 per week. There is also an annual £2,000 bonus contingent on meeting company targets. Career progression is straightforward through portfolio expansion and salary increases without complex commission structures, supported by a long-term growth plan.

Additional perks include gym membership, learning and development programs, extra annual leave on top of the standard, reduced working hours during school holidays with up to three days of remote work, private healthcare, enhanced pension contributions, monthly bonuses and incentives, and organized social events.

Equal Opportunity

The company is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in its hiring and workplace practices.
