Position Overview

The role of Education Counsellor involves guiding prospective students through various communication channels such as phone calls, video sessions, and online meetings to help them choose the right certification programs aligned with their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners via calls and virtual consultations to assess their educational background, work experience, and career goals.
• Analyze individual needs and recommend suitable certification courses in fields like AI, Data Science, Technology, Management, and Digital Skills.
• Explain program details including curriculum, eligibility, learning outcomes, certification benefits, fees, scholarship opportunities, financing options, and career assistance.
• Address concerns and objections related to pricing, ROI, placement prospects, time investment, and program relevance effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups to successfully convert leads into admissions.
• Keep accurate and current records within the CRM system, ensuring smooth coordination throughout enrollment.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for admissions, revenue, and productivity while upholding professional communication standards and delivering a high-quality counselling experience.
