About the Role

This position as an Editorial Assistant is fully remote and available to candidates residing in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United States. The contract role involves reviewing, annotating, and organizing multimodal datasets that support cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems. The assistant's work ensures that the data—spanning text, images, spreadsheets, and structured documents—is accurate and robust, which is essential for enhancing AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Labeling and categorizing a variety of data types including text, images, and documents to aid in the development of next-generation AI models.
• Evaluating AI-generated outputs for adherence to strict linguistic and structural quality benchmarks.
• Identifying ambiguous or inconsistent data elements that may require revision of project protocols.
• Achieving daily productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality control.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret and apply complex written guidelines effectively.
• Experience in areas such as UI/UX review, editorial critique, quality assurance, or data preparation for machine learning is advantageous.
• Proficient in English language—both spoken and written—to precisely convey detailed evaluations.
