About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive eCommerce Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily activities across multiple online sales channels. This role demands ensuring efficient order handling, meticulous inventory control, continuous product listing updates, and optimized marketplace performance, all while upholding high operational standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory stock levels, ensuring accurate and prompt updates to avoid overselling or depletion.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from placement through dispatch to customer delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with logistics providers and warehouse personnel to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders.
- Address operational matters related to returns, order cancellations, Return to Origin (RTO), and customer queries.
- Conduct regular reconciliations involving orders, financial settlements, and payout processes.
- Produce and interpret sales, inventory, and operations reports for continuous improvement.
- Adhere strictly to marketplace policies, guidelines, and service-level agreements, ensuring compliance.
- Track and manage seller account health indicators and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Collaborate with departments internally to enhance operational workflows and overall marketplace efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations or managing online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with systems like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Seller Panel, or comparable tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel along with other data reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical mind, excellent organizational capabilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills paired with coordination proficiency.

Additional Information
This is a full-time role within the E-commerce Operations department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager or E-commerce Manager.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 INR.
