The KAIR brand delivers an extensive collection of children’s clothing and essentials, distributed through retail outlets and online platforms across India and the UAE. The company is dedicated to producing comfortable, trendy, and dependable children’s wear tailored for contemporary families, offering team members the chance to grow within an expanding international children’s fashion market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEO, campaign management, data analytics, and performance assessments to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
- Manage customer and client interactions with effective written and verbal communication to foster positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Collect, assess, and utilize marketing and customer information to refine campaign strategies and boost marketing effectiveness.
- Achieve or surpass set promotional and sales goals through active engagement in campaigns.
Candidate Criteria
- At least three years of experience in marketing or a related position.
- Expertise with advertising on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in managing ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Noom.
- Strong skills in digital marketing approaches, SEO, data handling, and client/customer relations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Preference for candidates residing in the UAE on a Spouse Visa.
- Work schedule includes two days working from the office and three days remote.
