Role Summary

The Eclipse Pool Terrace Bartender is tasked with promptly and efficiently serving beverages to guests and colleagues, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the bar's offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience characterized by high quality, professionalism, and friendly service.
• Proactively identify and satisfy guest needs, responding quickly and appropriately to questions or concerns.
• Communicate detailed and enticing descriptions of food and beverage menu selections, including origin, taste, and preparation methods, ensuring a solid understanding of all products in line with service standards.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable bartender role at a luxury hospitality brand.
• Fluent in English, with proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Possesses an outgoing personality and a proactive, can-do attitude towards assigned duties.
• Deep knowledge and appreciation of food and wine.
