Key Responsibilities

As an Educator in Training, you will collaborate closely within teams to deliver quality education and care. Your role includes supporting children’s development and physical care, adhering to G8's policies and values, engaging positively with children through meaningful interactions, assisting in documenting children’s learning progress, and contributing to daily classroom operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine desire to impact future generations positively through early childhood education.
• Commitment to attaining a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A friendly, energetic attitude.
