Role Overview

Harmony Early Education in Ripley is seeking a Relationship Manager who will serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for children and families. This role centers on cultivating strong relationships, offering consistent support, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every child and family with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships aimed at supporting enrolment, retention, and the creation of a sense of belonging.
• Facilitate clear, respectful, family-centered communication to enhance engagement.
• Assist families with onboarding, transitions, booking processes, and respond to daily inquiries.
• Maintain efficient and confident management of the front desk and administrative functions.
• Uphold Harmony’s values in all interactions, promoting a calm, connected, and child-focused environment.
• Manage systems for Childcare Subsidy entitlements, keeping accurate records and identifying ways to support additional care options.
• Oversee accounts including management and debt recovery, ensuring the financial well-being of the centre.
• Conduct professional and enthusiastic centre tours for prospective families, communicating Harmony’s philosophy, environment, and offerings effectively.
• Administer the waitlist process, ensuring it is transparent, equitable, and well-organized for prospective enrolments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or current enrollment in such a program.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko with a valid certificate.
• Experience in customer service and administration, preferably within an early childhood context.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to child and cultural safety principles.
• A professional, friendly demeanor that engenders immediate trust and makes others feel comfortable.
