E-commerce Specialist

Role Summary

We seek an experienced E-commerce Specialist to oversee the daily management of our online retail platform. This position involves handling product merchandising, enhancing conversion rates, and managing operational factors that impact monthly revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings, merchandising, and content management of the storefront.
• Optimize on-site search functionality, navigation, and category layout.
• Manage and execute on-site promotions, bundles, and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, and site traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Conduct experiments to improve website performance and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce key performance indicators and conversion optimization techniques.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and e-commerce data analytics.
• Experience with email, SMS marketing, and on-site personalization tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a preference for data-driven testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
