Position Overview

We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented Back-Office E-commerce Operations Executive to strengthen our growing team. This entry-level position welcomes smart freshers who are computer literate and eager to build a career in the expanding e-commerce sector with strong prospects for professional advancement.

Key Duties

• Manage and update product listings and catalogs daily across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and company websites.
• Oversee order processing tasks including tracking orders and updating inventory systematically.
• Maintain accurate business operations data through spreadsheets and related tools.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred educational qualification: Graduate; however, enthusiastic freshers may also apply.
• Proficiency in computer operations with solid skills in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data entry.
• Basic competency in English reading, writing, and comprehension to handle business communications.
• Applicants should reside within 3 to 5 kilometers from Kandivali East (areas such as Kandivali, Malad East, Borivali East) to ensure an easy commute.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Working Hours and Location

The role is based at Balaji Industrial Estate, Hanuman Nagar, Kandivali East in Mumbai with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000, adjusted in line with experience and qualifications.
