About the Role
Sherly Jewels Pvt. Ltd., an established jewellery brand based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a dedicated E-Commerce & Operations Manager to oversee and streamline online business processes. The position involves handling complete e-commerce workflow including order management, product listings, logistics coordination, payments, inventory, customer service, returns, refunds, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce platform activities ensuring smooth online operations.
- Accurately create and update product listings, pricing, images, and detailed information.
- Monitor the entire order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery, coordinating with stores and internal teams.
- Collaborate with logistics partners for pickup, delivery, returns, and reverse pickups.
- Track and resolve delayed, pending, cancelled, returned, or exchanged orders promptly.
- Handle online bidding, enquiries, quotations, and submissions through internal coordination.
- Oversee online payment transactions, including successful, failed, pending, cancelled, and refunded payments.
- Work with Finance for payment reconciliation and refund processing.
- Coordinate with Inventory and Store teams for stock availability and updates.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, payments, and shipping.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Generate frequent MIS reports on e-commerce performance and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory, Dispatch, Marketing, Production, and Management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all e-commerce related activities and issues.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce and online operations management.
- Experience in order processing and inventory management.
- Logistics and courier coordination capabilities.
- Monitoring and managing payment transactions.
- Handling customer communications and support.
- Coordination of bids and enquiries.
- Strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets for MIS and reporting.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Background in jewellery, retail, fashion e-commerce, or marketplace operations is preferable.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Alibaba, or eBay is advantageous.

Additional Information
