E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We seek an intelligent, diligent, and technology-oriented professional to oversee and expand our online jewelry store operations. The role requires managing product presence across major platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify while coordinating with marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify platforms.
• Create, modify, and update listings including pricing, inventory, and product details.
• Manage daily e-commerce operations and process orders efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for operational needs.
• Collaborate with outsourced digital marketing teams to provide necessary product-related content such as images, offers, and information.
• Track online sales metrics, listings, and generate performance reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to listings or seller accounts.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing online presence and increasing e-commerce sales.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in e-commerce platform management preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Panel, Flipkart Seller Panel, and Shopify is important.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Comfortable and adept at using various software and online tools.
• Quick learner, especially for new software and AI tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.

Additional Information

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Work Location: Office-based in Kolkata
