About the Role
Techworld Computer & Electronics is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager who has accumulated over three years of practical expertise handling marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role demands a professional well-versed in platform specifics who can effectively oversee account health, optimize sales performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of e-commerce accounts.
- Manage returns and order processes efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth and account expansion using strategic initiatives.
- Implement promotions, manage coupons, and manage advertisements to boost visibility.
- Create and manage high-quality A+ content and storefronts for various listings.
- Generate both single and bulk product listings with high quality standards.
- Optimize product listings to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough product research and analyze competitors to identify market trends.
- Recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities within the e-commerce platforms.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members for skill development and project execution.
- Handle other routine e-commerce operational duties associated with marketplace management.
Requirements
Applicants must have tangible, hands-on experience specifically with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho platforms. Candidates without relevant prior practical experience will not be considered.
