E-commerce Intern

About the Role

TATA 1mg, India's foremost digital healthcare platform committed to enhancing access to reliable and affordable healthcare products and services, is seeking an E-commerce Intern. This role focuses on managing and analyzing marketplace and quick-commerce campaigns across leading platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, to optimize healthcare product distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee campaigns on marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms.
• Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports tracking campaign progress.
• Monitor essential performance indicators including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), sales volumes, and conversion rates.
• Conduct performance analyses to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Compile and deliver weekly performance reports featuring actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in campaign optimization efforts to maximize outcomes and return on investment.
• Generate Purchase Orders and handle Supply Chain Services (SCS) tasks utilizing SAP software.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of all campaign-related activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a solid foundation in data analysis techniques.
• Basic comprehension of e-commerce campaigns and key digital marketing metrics.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail combined with an aptitude for working efficiently in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is considered a plus.
