Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Executive at Unique World, you will be responsible for overseeing product listings and managing online sales channels including e-commerce marketplaces and the company's website.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms and the company web portal.
- Upload and regularly update product information such as descriptions, images, pricing, SKU codes, and detailed specifications.
- Handle online order workflow including order processing, cancellations, returns, and refund procedures efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order dispatch and delivery.
- Track inventory levels continuously to maintain product availability and prevent stockouts.
