Overview

Gemx Jewellery invites applications for the position of E-commerce Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our online sales channels, requiring a candidate with at least one year of relevant experience, preferably within the jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company website.
• Upload comprehensive product information including images, descriptions, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
• Address customer inquiries and manage return requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sales data, inventory levels, and stock statuses across digital channels.
• Evaluate sales performance metrics and recommend strategies to enhance revenue growth.
• Ensure all product information and platform data are updated promptly and accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one year professional experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in handling e-commerce platforms and familiar with online sales operations.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position based in Jaipur. The monthly salary range for this role is ₹8,000 to ₹25,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
