E-commerce Associate

About the Position

GreenDot Tea Production Company seeks enthusiastic and digitally inclined individuals to fill the role of E-commerce Associate. This position focuses on supporting various online commercial operations, engaging customers, marketing our range of products and services, and aiding the expansion of our digital sales channels.

This role welcomes candidates both new to the field and those with prior experience wanting to enhance their capabilities in the e-commerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily e-commerce and internet-based business tasks.
• Market products and services using authorized online platforms.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and commercial partners.
• Address customer questions, perform follow-up communications, and foster customer relationships.
• Spot and reach out to prospective customers and identify business development opportunities.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client and sales data.
• Engage actively in online training sessions, meetings, and initiatives aimed at business development.
• Offer suggestions to enhance sales performance, customer interaction, and overall company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of smartphones, social media platforms, and basic internet applications.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• An eagerness to acquire new digital marketing and e-commerce knowledge.
