Job Responsibilities
- Collect samples from customer locations.
- Record samples accurately into the Laboratory Information Management System for requested client analyses.
- Help package samples securely for dispatch to laboratories for testing.
- Monitor sample processing through the laboratory to ensure client specifications are fulfilled and identify issues promptly.
- Assist in managing client queries effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operations.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in analogous roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively prioritize personal and site workloads.
- Able to perform well under pressure and collaborate as part of a fast-paced team environment.
- Professionalism and flexibility with a strong customer focus.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Starting salary of €30,000 with potential annual raises based on performance.
