About the Role

As part of our vibrant front office team, the Driver position invites proactive individuals to deliver premium chauffeur services while playing a key role in creating memorable guest experiences at our award-winning lifestyle properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing an impeccable FIVE-Star introduction and farewell.
• Assist guests courteously with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and attention.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, resolving issues with exceptional service standards.
• Operate luxury vehicles assigned to the property, transporting guests to local destinations such as airports, restaurants, theatres, sports events, and convention centers with a focus on safety and comfort.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license, preferably one recognized in the UAE, accompanied by a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Dubai's traffic regulations, major highways, and popular tourist destinations is advantageous.
• Prior experience in hospitality-driven driving roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a friendly, approachable demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with FIVE’s grooming and presentation standards.
• Engage guests with energetic and lively conversation, contributing to a warm atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach coupled with an enthusiastic 'can-do' mindset.

Compensation

• This position offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 2400.
