Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Driver to provide secure, timely, and efficient transportation services for senior management at CIMB Singapore. The role involves navigating multiple schedules and ensuring utmost discretion while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and prompt transportation for senior executives to business meetings, corporate functions, and personal engagements.
• Strategically plan routes considering traffic, weather, and unforeseen events to guarantee punctual arrivals.
• Exhibit flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle impeccably, ensuring cleanliness and optimal mechanical condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks such as monitoring fuel, tire pressure, and scheduled maintenance.
• Organize vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Uphold confidentiality about conversations, destinations, and activities related to the role.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and courtesy in line with CIMB’s corporate values.
• Comply rigorously with Singapore’s traffic laws and safety regulations while maintaining a spotless driving record.
• Handle sensitive information and transport duties with discretion and respect.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education level: O Levels from a recognized institution.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving history.
• At least 5 to 8 years’ experience as a professional or personal driver supporting senior executives.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s roads, traffic conditions, and major business areas.
• Proven history of safe driving and dependability.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust to shifting schedules efficiently.
