About the Role
We are hiring a full-time, permanent Multi System Operator based at our Wagga Wagga depot. This role involves operating various waste collection vehicles including rear lift, hook lift, and front lift trucks, with a starting hourly pay of $34.51 plus superannuation and opportunities for overtime. The position is critical to providing essential waste management services throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate collection vehicles safely, including rear lift, hook lift, and front lift equipment.
- Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections on vehicles and equipment as required.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow established systems and standards in interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Adhere strictly to Fatigue Management regulations and complete relevant training.
Candidate Profile
- Must possess a valid HR Licence.
- Physically capable of performing demanding manual tasks.
- Available to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong focus on zero harm and safety awareness.
- Displays reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Accepts pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
