Job description
Role Overview
Located at our Henderson, Western Australia facility, this position involves servicing several client locations by collecting liquid waste, specifically oily water, with a tanker and transporting it to our recycling disposals plant. You'll operate modern, safe, and dependable vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining precise records and paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles to collect liquid hazardous waste from various customer sites.
- Transport collected waste safely to the designated disposal and recycling facility.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all operational guidelines and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence.
- Possess a clean driving history.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, dependability, and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical assessments including drug and alcohol screening.
- Experience in the waste management industry is not mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
- Permanent full-time employment.
- Early shift start times from 4:00 AM, with the ability to work up to 10 hours daily.
- Competitive hourly wage of $38.03 with overtime compensated at premium rates.
- Provision of company uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
