Driver

Job Overview

The Driver is tasked with providing safe and punctual transportation services. Responsibilities include vehicle upkeep, route planning considering traffic and road conditions, and handling payments.

Navigation & Route Planning

• Plan driving routes ahead of time to identify the quickest travel paths.
• Use dependable navigation systems to select efficient routes.
• Keep informed of local traffic laws and road updates to adapt routes as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local geography and routes to aid planning.

Transportation Support

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of documents as requested.
• Communicate travel schedules and updates to management and staff effectively.
• Collaborate with administrative teams for transportation scheduling.
• Assist with staff transportation needs when required.
• Support office operations by running errands including delivering documents and collecting supplies.

Vehicle Management

• Responsible for the care and maintenance of company vehicles assigned.
• Perform routine inspections to verify vehicle safety and operational condition.
• Arrange regular servicing and necessary repairs.
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and comfortable for passengers.
• Schedule regular service appointments and organization of car wash and detailing services.

Reporting & Safety Compliance

• Immediately report accidents, violations, damages, or incidents to relevant authorities.
• Log daily time-in/time-out with the line manager.
• Maintain a detailed logbook of trips and tasks performed.
• Strictly follow traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards while driving.
• Ensure passengers comply with safety protocols, including seatbelt use.

• Perform any additional duties as requested by management to fulfill business needs.

Position Requirements

• Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar driving role.
• Demonstrated driving record free from violations.
• Good familiarity with UAE road networks.
• Completion of high school education.
