Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and responsible Cab Drivers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Duties

• Safely pick up and drop off passengers as per schedule.
• Use GPS or navigation applications to follow designated routes accurately.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Strictly comply with traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Deliver polite and professional service to all passengers.
• Inform the supervisor promptly of any vehicle problems or incidents.
• Complete daily trips and meet set performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th pass or below.
• Open to fresher candidates with no prior experience required.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.
• Strong driving skills with good familiarity of local routes.
• No English language proficiency needed.

Work Shift and Compensation

• Full-time night shift.
• Salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹30,000 per month.
• Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 - ₹20,000.
• Performance bonuses up to ₹10,000.
