Job Overview
This role focuses on the safe transportation of students and fulfilling related school transportation duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure students are transported safely and punctually.
- Follow and enforce established safety guidelines during transportation.
- Create and maintain transportation policies and protocols.
- Track and communicate transportation performance indicators.
- Carry out regular maintenance checks on school buses and vehicles.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in driving and managing safety standards.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- Understanding of transportation safety laws and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- At least three years’ experience as a bus operator.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
