Role Summary

This full-time position, based onsite in Malappuram, involves operating company trucks to transport goods securely and reliably to assigned destinations. The driver must follow all traffic regulations and internal safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure functionality and safety.
• Properly load and secure cargo to prevent damage or loss during transit.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage covered.
• Quickly report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and team members.
• Assist with necessary delivery documentation and communicate route plans with dispatch or supervisors.
• Strictly adhere to company safety guidelines and policies consistently.

Required Qualifications

• Proven competence in driving commercial trucks safely and responsibly.
• Possession of a valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving history and familiarity with road and transport laws.
• Good communication abilities for effective coordination within the team.
• Strong customer service aptitude to engage politely with clients during pick-ups and deliveries.
• Capability to perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Physical stamina to carry out loading/unloading duties and endure prolonged sitting periods while driving.
• Dependability, punctuality, and meticulous attention to both safety and work details on a daily basis.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery driving is preferred but not mandatory.
