Driver

Overview

The Driver role involves operating vehicles safely and responsibly while complying with all traffic laws and company guidelines. The candidate will also be responsible for routine vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate trip records, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle, strictly following traffic guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, monitoring fluid levels, and assessing overall vehicle condition; promptly report any abnormalities to maintenance staff.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and secured transport of goods, following all prescribed safety protocols.
• Adhere to prescribed routes and schedules to reach destinations on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers or clients, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs of trips, covering mileage, working hours, and any incidents encountered.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category.
• Clean driving record without any recent violations.
• Previous experience operating [type of vehicle].
• Strong commitment to safety in driving and handling of vehicle.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 19000 to 22000 INR.
