Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Driver for the Logistics/Operations department based in Jharkhand. This full-time role involves ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of employees, materials, documents, and company merchandise in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles with care and responsibility.
• Transport goods, staff, and materials as directed, ensuring timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before use and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles.
• Maintain accurate daily records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle condition.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and internal safety protocols.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or servicing needs immediately to management.
• Support loading and unloading activities when necessary.
• Fulfill additional driving and related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driving license applicable to the vehicle category used.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of prior driving experience.
• Good familiarity with local roads and routes in the region.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Dependable, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade.
