Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our Leeds team, delivering outstanding service in the transportation and disposal of hazardous waste. This full-time, permanent position allows you to manage your schedule effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple customer locations to collect and dispose of hazardous waste, including sharp bins, poisons, dental waste, and other regulated materials.
- Ensure vehicle safety at all times by adhering to company driving guidelines and exercising caution on the road.
- Represent the company professionally and provide superior customer support during all encounters.
- Load and unload units and waste containers manually as part of daily operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a full UK driving licence held for over two years with no more than six penalty points.
- Comfortable with manually handling heavy loads during loading and unloading tasks.
- ADR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Flexibility in work schedules to meet business demands.
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- May require completion of a DBS check depending on specific role requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of £26,720 annually with an expected OTE of £28,000 including bonuses and commissions.

- Potential relocation package up to £5,000 for candidates moving from over two hours away.
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week, with potential to increase to 48 hours earning an adjusted salary.
