Role Overview
Rentokil Initial is seeking a full-time Relief Service Driver based in Dublin to service washroom hygiene products across South Dublin. This position involves travel to multiple customer locations, loading and unloading hygiene units and floor mats, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires physical fitness, safe driving, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at €29,350 per annum plus €1,500 annual relief allowance.
- Potential on-target earnings (OTE) reaching approximately €32,500 through bonus and commission schemes.
- A company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform provision, and access to RI Rewards.
- Relocation assistance up to €5,000 for candidates moving over two hours away.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to 48 hours with increased pay.

Responsibilities
- Deliver washroom hygiene services by visiting customer sites, maintaining hygiene units including feminine hygiene disposal units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.
- Load and unload service units and equipment safely, requiring physical endurance.
- Operate company vehicle responsibly and comply with all safety guidelines according to RI Drive Smart policy.
- Provide outstanding customer interactions and uphold a professional company image consistently.
Requirements
- Possession of a full Irish driving license held for a minimum of two years with six or fewer penalty points.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Adaptability to flexible working hours to support business demands.
- Proactive approach with a positive, can-do mindset.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and pride in job performance.
- Potential need to undergo Garda Vetting depending on assigned role.
