Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Driller Assistants or Offsiders, including those new to the industry, for assignments with a top-tier global client in Western Australia. This role offers a 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth, with competitive shift and bonus pay. Successful candidates will benefit from exceptional on-the-job training while earning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-start equipment inspections and general maintenance tasks.
• Complete all safety documentation and adhere strictly to safe work procedures.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of work and support team efforts to maintain a respectful workplace.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as an offsider preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be a Western Australia resident.
• Hold a valid Manual Class C Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to provide a National Police Clearance or obtain one.
• Capable of passing a comprehensive pre-employment medical exam, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Physical fitness to repetitively lift 30 kilograms in a demanding environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
• Strong personal dedication to safety and teamwork.
