Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and provide advice to international guests upon arrival.
• Deliver superior valet services including parking, complete vehicle care, and refueling of guest cars.
• Maintain exceptional service standards aimed at ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
• Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel’s vehicle fleet and underground garage.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license, at minimum category B.
• Polished appearance coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, responsibility, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work well within a team, demonstrate flexibility, and operate independently.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
