Door Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-driven Front Office professionals to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. The Door Attendant will deliver excellent, customer-oriented service to ensure each guest experience is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, warm, and engaging service to guests.
• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival.
• Open vehicle doors for guests arriving and departing, escorting them to the lobby.
• Manage all guest car keys and ensure vehicles are returned within 10 minutes of guest requests.
• Report all guest complaints or concerns to the duty manager promptly.
• Facilitate smooth handover between duty shifts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and facilities at all times.
• Establish and sustain positive public relations while exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should ideally possess vocational training in hospitality and prior experience in a hotel Concierge department. Proficiency in written and spoken English along with strong interpersonal skills are essential. Computer literacy and knowledge of additional languages are advantageous.
