Role Overview

Step into a rewarding position as a domiciliary optometrist, delivering expert eye care services directly to patients who are unable to visit clinics. This role entails traveling across a designated territory along Scotland's east coast — including Edinburgh, Livingston, Haddington, Peebles, and Galashiels — to provide comprehensive eye examinations and assist patients with everyday visual tasks, enhancing their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £65,000 full-time equivalent, commensurate with experience

Requirements

  • Registered member in good standing with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • Possession of a full, valid driving license

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
