About the Role
Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Domestic IT Technical Recruiter to handle the entire recruitment process for IT positions across India. This role involves working from the office located at Tower B, The ITHUM, Sector 62, Noida, on a 5-day workweek from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment cycle for IT roles ranging from junior to senior levels.
- Interpret technical job requirements accurately to tailor effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate technical interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Manage salary negotiations, issue offer letters, and ensure seamless onboarding procedures.
- Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, reports, and management information systems (MIS).
- Build and sustain talent pipelines, particularly for repetitive and specialized skill demands.
- Adhere strictly to turnaround times and uphold quality standards in hiring.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in IT recruitment, specifically within the Indian domestic market.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in efficiently sourcing and closing job positions within stipulated timelines.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles including developers, quality assurance, DevOps, data professionals, cloud computing, ERP solutions, and others.
- Familiarity with popular job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Work Schedule and Location
This is an on-site role requiring presence at the office five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM IST.
