Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Document Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position focuses on organizing, formatting, and managing company documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Format, edit, and produce documents according to internal guidelines and client requirements.
- Maintain and update document templates, style guides, and branded asset libraries.
- Oversee version control and document workflow processes.
- Convert documents between multiple formats such as Word, PDF, and Google Docs.
- Assist with contract assembly, redlining, and execution procedures.
- Organize digital filing systems with accurate metadata management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in document production, formatting, or related paralegal tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PDF editing software.
- Keen eye for typography, layout, and overall document presentation quality.
- Experience with document management platforms like SharePoint, NetDocuments, or iManage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
