Overview
Our client, a prominent developer in Ireland, is looking for a skilled Document Controller to join their Dublin-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant residential construction project within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize all project documentation, drawings, and records to align with company standards and project needs.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure documents are current and accessible for all project participants.
- Monitor and regulate the flow of documents both receiving and dispatching to clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to promote streamlined document management practices.
- Support report preparation, document compilation, and compliance adherence.
- Utilize document control software like Procore to manage documents and workflows, with training available if required.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry or similar fields.
- Strong organizational capability combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Competent in using Procore and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with document management systems is advantageous, with proficiency in Procore especially valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
