Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Stock Manager to join our District Store in Adelaide. This role emphasizes retail leadership within the sneaker and streetwear niche, where you will bolster store success through team support, sales initiatives, KPI achievement, and efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate enthusiasm for our premium sneaker products.
• Collaborate with team members to reach and exceed sales goals and performance indicators.
• Support store leadership through staff coaching and daily operational oversight.
• Efficiently manage large stock volumes ensuring accuracy, organisation, and smooth stock transitions.
• Handle picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders to guarantee seamless delivery experiences.
• Contribute to store opening and closing routines, including during extended trading hours.
• Maintain exemplary visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Adopt a proactive, positive attitude, leading by example on the retail floor.
