About the Role

We invite passionate and dynamic individuals to join as District Leads who will represent our brand on the ground and foster educational growth within their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Physics Wallah's presence in your district by building brand awareness and managing relationships with channel partners and students.
- Implement targeted marketing initiatives and field sales efforts designed to accomplish expansion and outreach objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong ties with students, parents, local schools, and partner organizations to strengthen community engagement.
- Maintain accurate daily records of field activities, monitor market developments, and report key performance indicators to the designated state coordinator.
- Guide and counsel students and parents regarding Physics Wallah courses to facilitate informed educational decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: At least graduate-level degree.
- Professional Background: Between one to two years of successful experience in field sales, Fintech, BPO, marketing, or distribution sectors.
- Essential Requirements: Possession of a valid driving license, ownership of a personal two-wheeler, and a smartphone to manage daily operational tasks effectively.
- Core Competencies: Excellent verbal communication, profound understanding of local markets, strong negotiation abilities, and a driven, self-starting personality.
