Job Overview

We are seeking a Distribution Partnerships Executive to contribute to our expansive growth. This role is part of our wider Marketing team and offers the chance to be involved with one of Europe's top digital platforms in a fast-moving and challenging setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Distribution team in handling a diverse portfolio of distribution partners, ranging from corporate to leisure travel sectors.
• Oversee partnership management including contract negotiations, onboarding procedures, daily inquiries, and post-booking activities.
• Track performance metrics and generate weekly reports for senior management.
• Coordinate invoicing activities with partners ensuring timely payment transactions.
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with partners and technical teams to ensure milestones are met according to schedule.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing, escalating, or delegating inquiries appropriately.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new business prospects and optimize services for existing corporate clients.
• Develop client-facing materials and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and sales displays.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate business agreements with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Compile sales statistics and calculate key performance indicators such as ROI, pipeline value, and qualified leads monthly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to achieve and exceed departmental goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing, or an analogous discipline.
• Outstanding multitasking capabilities and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with efficient time management.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Enthusiasm for cultivating strong interpersonal relationships.
• Prior experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or travel distribution preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
