Responsibilities
- Manage the movement and processing of packages through various stages including loading and unloading.
- Utilize heavy machinery as needed to efficiently handle tasks.
- Supervise and guide junior employees in distribution operations when required.
- Track and direct distribution workflow to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality compliance.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support overall team objectives.
