Role Overview

• Manage the scheduling and quantity planning of purchased and in-house manufactured parts to ensure timely availability.
• Oversee assigned supplier and part number portfolios, ensuring material availability by accounting for potential disruptions.
• Proactively identify possible supply bottlenecks and develop measures to secure product supply.
• Monitor incoming goods and expedite the communication of any missing parts to internal stakeholders.
• Resolve quantity discrepancies, enhance inventory quality, and handle special cases such as insolvencies, relocation projects, or other supply shortages.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from planning, purchasing, and quality assurance in supplier development initiatives.
• Support various projects related to disposition activities.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training successfully.
• Several years of relevant experience in commercial administrative roles, ideally within logistics.
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP R/3 (specifically MM and PP modules).
• Strong problem-solving skills, communicative, assertive, and resilient personality.
• Fluent and confident communication skills in German and good proficiency in English.
• Organized and meticulous working style.
• Demonstrates initiative, independent working capabilities, and teamwork.
