Role Overview

The Dispatcher Ready Mix position based in Dubai is focused on orchestrating daily concrete deliveries. Responsibilities include managing truck and driver schedules, ensuring orders meet delivery timelines and accuracy, and adjusting plans responsively to site conditions and delays. The role requires consistent communication across drivers, plant personnel, and clients to quickly resolve challenges and maintain smooth delivery processes. Accurate record-keeping and real-time updates on order status are essential, alongside adhering to safety and company regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in dispatching, fleet coordination, or logistics within construction or ready-mix industries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise between drivers, plant staff, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple orders and addressing delivery complications.
• Proficiency with basic IT tools, dispatching software, and systems for tracking deliveries and vehicle locations.
• Familiarity with local routes and construction site practices around Dubai is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to concrete transportation and site deliveries.
• Ability to work onsite in a dynamic environment, including flexibility for possible shift work or extended hours.
• English language proficiency is required; additional regional languages are advantageous.
